2. Return Policy
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if found defective, damaged, or not as described.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase for a successful return.
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, overloading, or improper handling by the customer.
Customized or clearance sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
In case of prepaid orders, refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

5. Shipping Responsibility for Returns
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us in secure packaging.
If the return is approved due to a defect or wrong product sent by Carrie Bags, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
